Hi there! I am Katie Keatley, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping others live their best lives through cultivating freedom with food, fitness, and their body. I believe that all foods fit, whether that is a plate of microgreens or a bowl of cookie dough ice cream with rainbow sprinkles ;). It’s all about that moderation—a dietitian’s favorite word.
It wasn’t too long ago that my relationship with food and fitness needed quite a bit of fine-tuning. In fact, my view of health and nutrition was very black and white. When I started focusing more on what my body needed and less on what the latest diet craze or fitness program said it needed, I realized how different every body is. Nutrition and fitness goals should be individualized for each person, as there is no one-size-fits-all regimen when it comes to reaching nutrition and fitness goals. As your dietitian, I am here and eager to help!
My faith and personal health and nutrition journey are what led me to pursue a career in the field of dietetics. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition through Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!) and completed my dietetic internship through Abilene Christian University. I am living my best life and hope to help you achieve yours as well!
When I am not working, you can find me in the kitchen testing out new recipes, enjoying time outdoors, and spending time with my church community group.
